Initial meeting
Our first meeting offers us the opportunity to establish your current circumstances and your future financial objectives. Meeting at your home, business premises or at our office, we will establish some key facts, including:
- your current financial circumstances
- the financial challenges you may be facing
- your needs and aims for the future
- your tax status and other key personal and financial facts
- your attitude to risk and volatility.
Prior to establishing the key facts about you we will provide an overview of the service we offer and confirm the fees we charge. By completing our Client Agreement we are mutually agreeing to work together.
Review and research
We will write to confirm the outcome of our initial meeting and begin gathering your existing investment information. We then review this against the facts we established in our first discussion. We will consider and formulate an appropriateĀ investment solution for you, having researched the whole market to find the most suitable options. In the course of our research we will gather illustrations, key features documents and provider literature.
Recommendation and implementation
We will meet with you to discuss and explain our recommended solution and how it meets your financial objectives. We will then complete the relevant application documents for you to sign.
We routinely check application documents for accuracy before submitting them to the provider. On receiving your plan or policy documents we will check these before sending them to you for safe-keeping.
Ongoing review and service
As part of our ongoing review and management service we will measure the performance of your investments on a regular basis against the objectives we have agreed with you to ensure they continue to perform as expected.
